Important things to know
Refund policy
You can cancel and get a full refund within 3 minutes of any payment. After that, payments are non-refundable except in cases of fraud or technical failure.
Cancellation
You can cancel any active subscription at any time from My Subscriptions. Access continues until the end of the paid period.
Payment methods
UPI, debit/credit cards, net banking and popular Indian wallets via Cashfree. All payments are processed securely.
Receipts & invoices
Every transaction generates a receipt downloadable from your account. GST-compliant invoices are available for creators on their earnings page.
