Welcome to Sacy. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Sacy platform operated by Sacy Technologies (“we”, “us”).
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
Payments are processed through Cashfree Payments. You may cancel and receive a full refund within 3 minutes of payment. After this window, refunds are at our discretion and may be issued for service failures or technical issues.
Creators receive their earnings minus a platform fee (currently 10%, plus applicable GST). Payouts are processed periodically to the bank account or UPI ID configured in your creator settings.
Creators are responsible for content they upload. You may not upload content that is illegal, infringing, defamatory, or violates third-party rights. We reserve the right to remove content and suspend accounts at our discretion.
Sacy is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance.
